• Is water available 24/7?
• Is there a backup generator or solar?
• Is security provided? (Guards? CCTV? Gates?)
• Is there a curfew or visitor policy?
• Are cooking and laundry allowed?

About the Money:

• What is the total cost per session or year?
• Is a security deposit required? How much? Is it refundable?
• Are utility bills included? If not, how are they calculated?
